Rooms
Virginia's Music Room
Named for Virginia, original owner Anton Chrapikowski’s second wife, this is the largest and most ornate of the rooms. It was once a space for listening to music. Amenities include a cozy fireplace and grand 1870 Victorian Queen bed. The red and gold room features a premium private bath with an antique claw-foot air tub and separate walk-in shower. A unique feature of the room is a private balcony overlooking the lovely landscaped yard.

Eunice's Room
This room is named for Eunice Pekarske, who owned the home with her husband, Jack, for half a century before Kevin and Kay Sonnenburg purchased it in 2006. This was Eunice’s very own room, now done in soothing buttercream with floral and cherub accents that make it bright and welcoming. The room features a queen bed and has its own spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, added for the convenience of guests.

Febronia's Room
This room is named for Febronia, original owner Anton Chrapikowski’s first wife; they were the last of the toll collectors to live on the property. Tastefully accented with damask window treatments and pillows to complement the 1890 East Lake bedroom set, the room features a queen bed and its own private up-to-date bathroom with walk-in shower. Its large windows overlook the water fountain in the front yard.
